Wildcats battle Yellowjackets in Choctaw; Ticket deadlines announced

CHOCTAW — The Choctaw Athletic Department is offering 300 tickets to Ponca City Wildcat fans as the Cats travel there Friday to take on the Yellowjackets.

PCPS reports that players, managers and training staff will receive first choice of the tickets and must reserve their ticket requests by noon Wednesday.

After that, left over tickets will be sold to the public. To inquire about purchasing tickets call 580-767-8075 by noon on Friday.

Tickets are $5.  Adults ages 62 and older and children 5 and under are free. 

Oklahoma Coaches Association passes will be accepted. 

The Cat’s are 1-2. They lost their season opener to Enid 17-19. In week two, they traveled to McLain in Tulsa and won 22-23 and last week they lost at home to Sand Springs, 10-35.

The Yellowjackets are 2-2. They lost their season opener to Springdale Ark., 46-18. Defeated Van Buren, 28-10. Then lost to Greenwood 23-12 and last week defeated Booker T Washington, 22-26.
