NEWKIRK —A preliminary hearing is set for Bobby Lee Walker, 63, Shidler, in Kay County District Court.
Walker is facing two felony charges of child sexual abuse.
Kay County deputy Earl Watkins reports in the affidavit that Walker is accused of touching a juvenile female and telling the juvenile and another that if they wanted alcohol they would have to get naked.
Watkins reports he interviewed Walker about the allegations. Walker reportedly admitted to giving the juveniles alcohol.
He reportedly admitting to touching the female while she was naked and claims it was in a non-sexual manner as he was applying medication to bug bites.
Walker was jailed on $100,000 bond. On April 2, a motion to reduce bond was made and Judge David Wilkie reduced bond to $50,000.
