PCPD logs Aug. 31-Sept. 2

The following information is provided by Ponca City police. 

Aug. 31

At 2:03 a.m. police responded to the Stop N Go, 501 west Highland for a report of a robbery. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a green bandana and a black hoodie with Tulsa written on it. The suspect acted as if he had a gun and headed down the alley. A report was made.

At 4:40 a.m. police took a report on a stolen lawn mower in the 300 block of N. Elm.

At 8:50 a.m. police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at 14th and Highland.

At 2:08 p.m. police arrested a female in the 700 block of S. 5th Street.

At 5:26 p.m. police took a report on a sexual assault.

At 7:15 p.m. police took a report on a domestic in the 400 block of N. Pine. Joshua Andrew Horinek was arrested.

At 10:02 p.m. police responded to Hall and Industrial for a report of semi that tipped over. The truck was unloaded and flipped back up.

Sept. 1

At 2:10 a.m. police responded to the 1400 block of west Highland for a report of a female that knocked down a light pole. The vehicle wrecked into several light poles and knocked power out to a building. A report was made.

At 3:15 a.m. police responded to the 500 block of east Fresno fr a report of a disturbance. A warrant request was made for a domestic assault and battery.

At 9:03 a.m. police took a report at Chapmanā€™s Shoes on an ex-employee reportedly harassing the staff via phone.

At 10:45 a.m. police arrested Jaylen Fredrick in the 1200 block of S. 9th Street.

At 2:54 p.m. police took a report on a hit and run accident at the intersection of 7th and Albany.

At 5:14 p.m. police received a report of a bald shirtless male telling at people in the Walmart parking lot. Officers did not locate the subject. At 5:47 p.m. he was reported to be near the University Center.

At 5:36 p.m. police received a welfare request for a juvenile wearing roller skates and on crutches.

At 6:28 p.m. the 911 comm center reported they were being harassed by a subject giving pet names. A supervisor handled.

Sept 2

At 12:41 a.m. police responded to the Triple T at Union and Hartford for a report of three subjects fighting. One had a tire iron. Two subjects left in a taxi.

At 2:09 a.m. police arrested Kelsey Kopler, 21, for public intoxication in the 700 block of N. Osage.

At 6:19 a.m. police received a report of a subject who was robbed by three subjects in the alley near the Valero at 320 west Grand. Two were  black, and had guns and knives. The suspects left in a dirty white ford truck. A report was made.

At 7:57 a.m. police arrested two subjects at Mockinbird and Pecan during a traffic stop.

At 8:10 a.m. police arrested a subject at 5th and South Ave. during a traffic stop.

At 10:12 a.m. police received a report of subjects in a maroon truck watching people in the park. A report was made.

At 3:48 p.m. police arrested an adult male in the 1500 block of El Camino. A search warrant was requested.

At 5:42 p.m. police took a report on social security fraud in the 1600 block of N. Osage.

At 8:12 p.m. police took a report on a stolen iPhone at Ponca Lake Playground.

At 8:51 p.m. police received a report that a fugitive was in the area of Grand and Oak on a really nice bicycle.
