PONCA CITY — Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Tyler Langston arrested Jack Garland Travis Lunn, 38, Ponca City, at 5:50 p.m. today following a pursuit and collision at the intersection of Airline and Highland.
Troopers report Lunn was driving a 1995 Toyota T100 pickup eastbound on Highland and that Langston was in pursuit.
Lunn was not stopping and Langston used a Tactic Vehicle Intervention to bring the pursuit to an end. Ponca City ambulance transported Lunn to Alliance Health where he was treated and released. He was then taken into custody by Langston on probable cause. Langston reports Lunn was driving under the influence.
Lunn’s criminal record includes driving under the influence of drugs, third felony, misdemeanor charges of meth and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia filed on Sept. 5, 2019. A plea docket in that case is scheduled for Sept. 21.
