Warrants remain issued in child abuse and obstruction cases

NEWKIRK — Warrants remain issued for Tniele Rose Delodge, 23, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court.

Delodge was charged on Jan. 15 with a felony count of child abuse.

Ponca City police report that she and a child she gave birth to tested positive for methamphetamine. Delodge reportedly admitted to police she used meth during her pregnancy and the morning before she went into labor. Bond is endorsed at $2,500.

In a second case Delodge was charged on March 13, 2018 with obstructing an officer. She was convicted of the offense on April 4, 2018 and was fined and given a deferred sentence. She failed to appear for a review court date and a warrant is issued with bond endorsed at $2,500.
