Grain Elevator Mural slated to start spring 2021

PONCA CITY  — Ponca City Main Street in conjunction with the Grand Arts District is announcing that the grain elevator mural project, a private/public partnership is moving forward. 

Rick Sinnett, an artist who lives in Norman, has been contracted to paint the mega-mural. Production of the stencil is primarily being done in Norman.

Work on the first stencil began after the state re-opened from the COVID-19 shutdown. Both stencils will be constructed over the next few months and the painting process is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2021.
