Osage County COVID-19 confirmed case count climbs to 93

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma State Department of Health reports 5,849 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Oklahoma, an increase of 169 from Thursday. 

The death toll across the state is now 307 which includes seven Kay County deaths.

Five in Ponca City and one each in Newkirk and Kaw City. Eight people in Osage County have died.   The number of reported cases in Ponca City has climbed to 50.

The number of reported cases in Blackwell stands at two, Kaw City, one and Newkirk one for a total of 51 cases in Kay County. Three of the Ponca City cases are in Osage County which is why the county total is not 55. OSDH reports 41 people in Kay County have recovered.

Osage County’s confirmed case count is 93. Grant County has two reported cases and Noble County, seven.
