The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

March 10

At 10:15 a.m. police arrested Bobbie Lee, 45, on warrants at 3415 N.14th Street.

At 11:19 a.m. police arrested Margarita Garcia, 18, at the intersection of 5th and Oklahoma for driving with out a license.

At 11:45 a.m. police took a report on stolen property.

At 4:06 p.m. police responded to the 500 block of S. Washington for a report of an assault. Christopher Haney, 27, was arrested on warrants and for threatening a state’s witness.

At 11:38 p.m. police responded to the 1600 block of N. Hathaway for a shooting investigation. (see story)

March 12

Police arrested Ryan Miller, 33, in the 2100 block of N. Union for driving under suspension.

At 1:15 p.m. police took a report on counterfeit bills at 401 east Prospect.

At 5:19 p.m. police arrested Lyle Howard, 40, for trespassing at Walmart.

At 6:02 p.m. police responded to the 100 block of east Grand for a report of a man holding a gun on a female. A report was made.

At 10:26 p.m. police arrested Jamie LeClair, 36, at the intersection of Cleveland and Pine for transporting an open container.

March 13

At 4:04 p.m. police responded to Alliance Health for a report of a naked female who ran into the ER. An assault report was made.

At 4:06 p.m. police were asked to be on the look out for a stolen headstone. The stone was reported stolen from Tonkawa Cemetery and has the name Alden Ailey on it. an etching of a submarine that says USS Pittsburgh is on the back.

At 4:17 p.m. police arrested James Allen Wiedenhoeft, 54, at Fairview and Hartford for indirect contempt of court.

At 7:13 p.m. police responded to the laundry room of Paladin Apartments for a report of a teen attempting to sell drugs. A 17-year-old was arrested for public intoxication and assault an officer.

March 14

At 2:31 a.m. police arrested Matthew Spears, 22, for aggravated DUI at 14th and Oklahoma.

At 12:54 p.m. police took a report on a stolen dark blue Ford 150, reportedly taking from the 400 block of Lansbrook. 

At 2:27 p.m. police arrested Steven Ray Tabbytite, 29, at Walmart on a hold.

At 2;40 p.m. police arrested Rilee Brown, 19, at 3413 N. 14th Street on warrants. A report of a missing person was investigated and the FBI contacted. At 10:46 p.m. the reported missing person was located.

At 4:51 p.m. police arrested Christopher Todd, 44, arrested on meth charges at 820 S. 11th Street.

At 11:05 p.m. Osage County advised they were in pursuit of a red Chevrolet truck northbound on Pecan near Hartford. Police stopped the vehicle at 14th and South Ave. where the vehicle drove through a yard. The homeowner declined charges.

March 15

Police arrested Clayton Huckabey, 24, at Walmart at 2:13 p.m. for petit larceny.

At 3:35 p.m. police took a report on stolen property in the 1600 block of west Grand.

At 4:19 p.m. police arrested Jamar Antrell Gatlin, 39, at the intersection of Palm and South Ave on warrants.

At 5:49 p.m. police arrested Larry Glen Ewy Jr., 39, at the intersection of 1st and Chestnut for domestic assault and battery.

March 16

At 2:23 a.m. police responded to the 3300 block of N. 14th Street and took a petit larceny report on a subject who stole a burrito and left in a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
