James Kevin Abbott, 49, Jackson, Tenn. arrested by a deputy on a Carroll County Tennessee warrant.

Eric Brandon Creasey, 43, Ponca City, violation of the compulsory education act. Released on $250 bond.

Barry Jay Demarrias, 37, St. Michael, N.D. BIA contract.

Rosemary Elaine Eagle, 38, Ponca City, sanctions.

Colt lee French, 36, Ponca City, driving under suspension. Released on $429 bond.

Christopher Davis Haney, 27, Newkirk, arrested by PCPD at 507 west Washington on an assault with a deadly weapon.

Nikki Andrew Holt, 34, Ponca City, arrested on a warrant. held on $34,154.37 bond.

Tommy Stewart Honeycutt, 41, Blackwell, arrested by Tonkawa police in the 200 block of S. 2nd Street on a failure to pay warrant. Released on $2,500 bond.

Ira James Jones, 34, St. Michael, N.D. BIA contract.

Tommy Guy Jones, 42, Tonkawa, weekends.

Misty Dawn Killman, 40, Blackwell, arrested by Blackwell police on an assault and battery charge. Released on $200 bond.

Joshua Allen Knudson, 42, Ponca City, protective order violation. Released on $1,000 bond.

Jamie Nicole LeClair, 36, Ponca City, possession of CDS. Held on $20,500 bond.

Bobbie Lynn Lee, 45, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD in the 500 block of N. Oak on a burglary charge. Released on $1,500 bond.

Alexis Diane Lieb-Martin, 34, Tonkawa, arrested by PCPD at 912 west Grand on possession of CDS. Released on $6,500 bond.

Lydell A. Loins, 23, Wichita, Kan., arrested at First Council Casino. Held on $1,500 bond. (see story)

Dylan Ray Matthews, 35, Ponca City, arrested by an OHP trooper at 14th Street and Harding on a charge of knowingly concealing stolen property. Held on $6,000 bond.

Joyce Jolene Mayse, 38, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD in the 600 block of N. Waverly on a meth charge. Held on $2,500 bond.

Thomas Alan Moreau, 33, Newkirk, arrested by PCPD on an obstruction charge and pending charges. Held on $8,948 bond.

Amanda Jo Nelson, 37, El Dorado, Kan., arrested by PCPD on the 100 block of east Broadway on meth and strangulation charges. Held on $35,000 bond.

Charles Gavin Newkirk, 27, Ponca City, first degree burglary. Held on $5,000 bond.

Michael Wade Parker, 22, Seminole, arrested at Walmart on a possession charge. Held on $2,500 bond.

Holly Ann Page, 39, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD at 14th and Hartford for violating compulsory education violation. Held on $1,000 bond.

Tyler Shawn Powers, 27, Blackwell, PCPD at 100 east Prospect on domestic charges. Held on $383.78 bond.

Byrin Allen Scott, 43, Blackwell, arrested by Blackwell police at 44th and Doolin on a Pawnee County hold.

Mark Allen Sitterly, 37, Ponca City, arrested on warrant. Held on $10,000 bond.

Robert Munroe Smith, 33, Staunton, Ill., arrested by a deputy on an embezzlement charge. Released on $10,000 bond.

David Matthew Spears, 22, Ponca City, aggravated DUI.

Kenny Lee Stamp, 30, Ponca City, arrested at 200 east Prospect for possession of meth. Held on $5000 bond.

Steven Ray Tabbytite, 29, Newkirk, arrested b PCPD at 1229 east Prospect on a hold.

Melvin Dean Tannehill, 58, Blackwell, possession meth. Released on $25,000 bond.

Ralph Delano Tapp, 59, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD at 745 N. Lake on a DUI charge. Held on $2352.74 bond.

Bryan Lee Vaughn, 36, Blackwell, arrested by a trooper on a Ray County, Mo. hold.

Clayton Lee Vivier, 32, Belcourt, N.D. BIA contract.
