Osage County Commissioner and former foreman free on bond

PAWHUSKA — Osage County Commissioner Kevin Paslay and his former foreman, Thomas J. Teel, 51, Sperry, were booked in the Osage County Jail on Thursday. Both were released on bond.

Paslay is charged with bid rigging (see story) and Teel is facing two counts of embezzlement. (see story)

Teel entered a not guilty plea to the charges and was released on bond. He is set for a preliminary hearing on March 27.
