The following information is provided by Ponca City police. 

Jan. 27

At 2:03 p.m. Ponca City police arrested Douglas Blackwell, 52, in the 500 block of N. Pine on a third degree arson charge. At 2:25 p.m. police took a report for destruction of property.

Jan. 28

Police took a report on a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Seventh and Highland.

At 10 a.m. police executed a search warrant at 208 S. 13th Street.

At 11:37 p.m. police arrested Kevin Fonseca, 26, in the 1800 block of Cedar for assault and battery.

Jan. 29

At 12:21 p.m. police took a report on a child molestation.

At 1:59 p.m. police arrested Erica M. Carney, 22, for assault and battery in the 100 block of S. Lake.

At 3:30 p.m. police responded to the 500 block of west Highland for a report of male who reportedly exposed himself to a female in a vehicle at the Stop N. Go.

At 10:51 p.m. police arrested Gloria Eselsis Sharp, 24, at KLVV Radio Station for unlawful use of utilities.

Jan. 30

At 2:12 a.m. Douglas Blackwell, 52, was arrested at Checkstand Road for public intoxication.

At 1:06 p.m. police arrested Royce Wooten, 56, in the 400 block of N. fourth Street for domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

At 4:48 p.m. police arrested Joseph Edward Hockett, 38, at Walmart for petit larceny.

Jan. 31

Police responded to the 300 block of east Woodbury for a report of a vehicle that ran into a shed. The driver reportedly fell asleep. A report was taken.

At 8:49 a.m. police took a burglary report in the 800 block of Edgewood. 

At 10:54 a.m. police took a rape report.

At 9:53 p.m. police arrested Luis Gerardo Macias-Lopez, 41, for driving under suspension.

Feb. 1

At 3:35 p.m. police arrested Timothy Nuttle, 51, at Sixth and Hartford on a child support charge.

Feb. 2

At 2:01 p.m. police took a vandalism report in the 3600 block of Goldenrod.

At 3:20 p.m. police took a child abuse report at Alliance Health.

At 5:11 p.m. police arrested Gerald Allen Benson, 55, for uttering a forged instrument.

At 5:21 p.m. police arrested Anthony Klavin Furr for petit larceny.

Feb. 3

Police arrested a teenager in the 300 block of S. Perry for domestic by strangulation.
