Marcus Randall Anderson, 49, Tonkawa, for DUI, child endangerment, defective equipment. Held on $50,000 bond.
Charlie Renee Baker, 31, Tonkawa, drug charge. Held on $20,105 bond.
Scott Allen Barrows, 29, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD at 340 S. pine on warrants. Held on $20,000 bond.
