Bailey Michelle Allen, 23, Tonkawa, arrested by Tonkawa police officer John Cooper at 806 N. Main for malicious injury to property.

Emily Allison, 22, Ponca City, domestic. Released on $1,500 bond.

Aaron Xavier Amador, 19, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD on a rape charge. Held on $10,000 bond.

Marcus Randall Anderson, 49, Tonkawa, for DUI, child endangerment, defective equipment. Held on $50,000 bond.

Charlie Renee Baker, 31, Tonkawa, drug charge. Held on $20,105 bond.

Scott Allen Barrows, 29, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD at 340 S. pine on warrants. Held on $20,000 bond.

Jeffery Allen Butzbach, 31, Blackwell, domestic and released on $1,500 bond.

Jasilyn Mary Charger, 23, Eagleview, S.D. arrested by BIA at Ponca Pow Wow location on warrants.

Fontaine Warren Curley, 21, Eagle S.D. arrested by BIA on warrants at the Ponca Pow Wow location.

Trey Alexander Dupris, 26, Tonkawa, larceny, released on $2,500 bond.

Jose Wayne Herrera, 38, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD in the 200 block of N. Seventh Street on drug and firearm charges.

Wazhinguda Eli Horinek, 20, Denver, Co., arrested by BIA on warrants at the Ponca Pow Wow location.

Billy Raymond House, 49, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD on a out of state hold from Kearny Colorado.

Matthew Mark Luke, 37, Ponca City, arrested by PCPD at 929 N. Third Street for indecent exposure. Held on $10,000 bond.

Clark Edward Martin, 31, Tonkawa, conspiracy. Released on $2,000 bond.

Scott Dale Strome, 58, Tonkawa, arrested by a deputy at 140th and Oakland for felon in possession of a firearm.

Jason Donovan Waters, 21, Barman, indecent exposure. Released on $10,000 bond.

Daniel Joseph Wilson, 32, Winfield, Kan., arrested for DUI, driving the wrong way and other violations, by Fort Oakland police. Held on $5,000 bond.
