Law enforcement logs Nov. 20-24

The following is provided by the Ponca City Police Department, the Kay County Sheriff’s Department and the Blackwell Police Department.

Nov. 20

At 8:10 a.m. police took a report on a weedeater stolen from the Fairfield Inn.

At 10:54 a.m. police took a report on a possible rape.

At 4:13 p.m. police took a report on stolen checks in the 300 block of east Detroit.

At 4:34 p.m. police took a report on a disturbance in the 100 block of S. Lake.

At 6:12 p.m. police took burglary report on Ramblewood.

At 8:04 p.m. police took a report on a theft reported in the 1800 block of N. Union. The suspect was then reported in the 100 block of west Gary leaving in a Ford F150.

At 8:40 a.m. police arrested April Jefferson, 33, in the 500 block of west Emporia for public intoxication.

At 10:06 p.m. police took a report on a hit and run in the 2100 block of N. 14th Street.

At 11:17 p.m. police arrested Angela Rhodd, 24, in the 500 block of N. Elm for petit larceny.

At 11:47 p.m. police arrested Richard Littlecook, 25, on a burglary charge at the intersection of Hazel and Pine.

Nov. 21

At 4:57 p.m. the bear reported stolen from The Poncan was recovered. It was located in an alley in the 100 block of N. Fifth Street.

At 7:13 p.m. police took a report on a stolen tag.

At 8:35 p.m. police took a report on indecent exposure.

Nov. 22

At 1:21 p.m. Blackwell police took a report on a copper theft in the 500 block of west Kansas.

At 2:26 p.m. BPD took a report on a checking account fraud.

At 3:53 p.m. BPD took a report on items stolen from a mini storage.

At 4:30 p.m. BPD took a report on a stolen air conditioner.

At 8:26 p.m. BPD responded to the Econo Lodge for a report of a subject who refused to leave. A report was taken.

At 9:49 p.m. police arrested Jacob Hunn for possession of a stolen vehicle and a drug charge.

Nov. 23

At 12:02 a.m. BPD arrested Edith Hall, 25, for obstruction in the 900 block of west Lincoln.

At 10:13 a.m. Otoe Missouria Police took a report on a phone reported stolen at First Council Casino.

At 1:28 p.m. a female contacted KSO and reported she has a protective order filed against a male subject. She reported he broke her windows and she pepper sprayed him. The suspect may be in possession of a firearm. A report was taken.

At 10:49 p.m. a deputy arrested a subject at the intersection of Lake and 14th Street for obstruction.

Nov. 24

Blackwell Fire responded to a report of a leaking gas meter at the intersection of 13th Street and Oklahoma. Centerpoint was contacted and some leaks found. They deemed it not dangerous.

At 5:28 p.m. Blackwell fire and Peckham Fire responded to a grass fire near Q Street and Earth Road.
