PCPD continue searching for missing Ponca City resident

Ponca City police continue to investigate the disappearance of 31-year-old Joshua Kyle Battiest, who was reported missing on Jan. 21, 2019. He was last seen on Dec. 22, 2018.

Battiest never reported to work on Dec. 21. Police report that it appears he has not contacted any family or friends since then. Battiest goes by the alias Koi Lusa.  He is a Native American male and is 6’2” tall and was last known to weigh 185 pounds. He has brown hair and is known to shave it or wear it long.  

Battiest has multiple tattoo’s including a lettering tattoo on his left hand, a bear paw tattoo on his left hand, a tattoo on the left side of his head, a tattoo on his stomach, and tattoos on his upper left arm. He is entered in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as missing.  PCPD are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.   Anyone with information is asked to call PCPD at 580-767-0370; 911 or call crimestoppers at 580-762-5100. Tipsters will remain anonymous, and may receive a reward of up to $1,000.
