PONCA CITY — Ponca City police responded to the 300 block of N. Birch Monday at 4:08 p.m. after receiving a report that fugitive Andrew Quinn Pappan, 23, was at the residence.
On Aug. 3, 2018, Pappan was convicted in three felony cases, two stemming from 2015 and felony charges of robbery with a firearm, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug charge filed on Jan. 3, 2018. He was sentenced to six months in the county jail and sentenced to five years in prison with all but six months suspended on the firearm charge. Pappan later failed to pay as ordered and on March 28 a motion to revoke the suspended sentence was filed.
Pappan was jailed on April 8 and on April 29 he entered a no contest plea to the charges and sentencing was set for Oct. 7. He was released on an own recognizance bond and then failed to appear for sentencing and a warrant with bond endorsed at $10,000 is issued.
Police did not find Pappan at the residence. However, the radio logs indicate Holly Renee Carlile, 31, was arrested on multiple warrants;
Timber Mauk, 24, was arrested for harboring a fugitive, and Don Bowhay, 25, was arrested on city warrants. Anyone with information on Pappan’s location is urged to contact police.
