Grand larceny warrant remains issued for Ponca City woman

NEWKIRK — A warrant with bond endorsed at $5,000 is issued for Angela M. McCauley, 48, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court. McCauley is charged with a felony count of grand larceny.

Ponca City police report in the affidavit that she is accused of stealing $1,200 from a subject in the 400 block of S. Pine.

The alleged victim told police he helped her when she was down on her luck and on Nov. 10, 2018, he discovered the missing money and that she had packed her bags and left.

Sgt. Rob Hughes reports he arrested McCauley at the intersection of Union and Grand on Nov. 20 on city warrants.
She refused to speak with officers concerning the allegations.
McCauley was last in the Ponca City jail on Nov. 24, 2018. Anyone with information on McCauley’s location is urged to call law enforcement.
