The following information is provided by Ponca City police.

Aug. 7
• At 8:14 a.m. police responded to the 700 block of N. Osage for a report of a code black.
• At 8:58 a.m. police responded to the pump station north of Ody’s for a report of vandalism. A water department employee reported the fence was vandalized. Police reported it was a lawn mower incident.
• At 12:36 p.m. police responded to Timbers Apartments for a report of two stolen cameras.
• At 1:46 p.m. police arrested Margarita Garcia, 18, on warrants.
• At 3:15 p.m. police took a report in the 200 block of east Albany on meter tampering.
• At 6:01 p.m. police received a BOLO from KSO on a 2000 model four door pickup with tinted windows. KSO advised the subjects inside reportedly approached two different children at two different locations in Newkirk and that they had a long lost family member in the backseat and to get into the vehicle. Later Newkirk police advised that a male victim was approached near Sixth Street and K. The incidents were investigated and the couple cleared of any wrong doing. (See story)
• At 8:41 p.m. police arrested Lillie Liebes, 54 at the intersection of Seventh Street and Houston on warrants.
