NEWKIRK — Daniel James Moran, 53, and Patricia Linn Moran, 50, who are facing animal cruelty charges, (See story) were arrested on failure to appear warrants on Aug. 9.
The pair failed to appear in court a week earlier. (see story)
After being booked in the county jail. Judge David Wilkie reinstated bond after a motion made by a bondsman. The pair are free on $25,000 bond and scheduled for an attorney status review on Aug. 16.
