Police seek shooting suspect

Ponca City police are looking for Enrique Alberto Zazueta, 33, in connection with a gun shot victim found at 10:14 a.m. on May 21 by a UPS driver in the 1000 block of North Osage.

See stories. As a result Dylan T. Washington, 33, was transported by ambulance to Alliance Health Ponca City and later transferred to Oklahoma City, where he received treatment and later released.

On May 24 an arrest warrant was issued for Zazueta. He is facing charges of shooting with intent to kill after a felony conviction, possession of a firearm after felony conviction and conspiracy and bond is endorsed at $1 million.

Police believe Zazueta stole a truck from a relative in Noble County. It was later located by Oklahoma City Police on May 29.
Zazueta’s criminal record includes: Robbery with a weapon filed in 2004; Eluding police, throwing or dropping object on a motor vehicle and conspiracy to knowingly concealing stolen property filed on March 14, 2019.
